After two decades of successfully leading the Gourmet Station restaurant in Miami, Salvador is now dedicating his expertise and reputation for culinary excellence to cater exceptional events for you and your guests.

Enriched by an experience across various industries like fashion photo shoots, film/TV production, music video production, and more, Salvador has partnered with some of the best event planners in the industry to produce from baby showers (about 25 guests) and sit down dinners (about 150 guests), to parties of up to 300 guests.

With that in mind, our team will curate every little detail of your event so you can enjoy your moment. We are here to serve your catering needs from small private gatherings, to corporate events or for your big life events like a wedding, anniversary celebration, etc.
